Adult Sunday SchoolIn charge of regular adult classes. We currently offer two adult Sunday School classes. The Explorers Class is led by Sharon Springsteen and does various book studies. The Good News Class is led by Leslie Essex and uses quarterly curriculum.

Christian CaregiversEver received something unexpected? A gift, a compliment, or maybe just a gesture? How did that make you feel? What about if you’ve been going through a tough time physically, mentally, or spiritually? Have you ever felt like no one was there to walk with you or to remind you that you’re not alone? The Christian Caregivers is a ministry that reaches out to the people in our church who are going through some tough times. We want people to know that we’re there with them, praying for them, & caring for them. We meet on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month for breakfast at Pappas Restaurant (by Jewel) to pray for & send out cards to individuals going through these times. We are always looking for others to join us as prayer warriors & caregivers. If you’re available, join us. You never know who might need your prayers, support, & love!

With The Breakfast Club, it’s that simple… Breakfast (in the back room of Schoops.) Everyone loves breakfast! This is where we enjoy a meal together as a family of Christ followers. Simple enough, right? Join us on the 3rd Monday of the month and bring a friend! All are welcome. Everyone is encouraged.

Monsters of Main Street- Service, Football, CommunityService, Football, Community
Most churches have a Men’s ministry. We have The Monsters of Main Street.
We play football and occasionally play basketball. Sometimes you’ll find us re-roofing a house for a family in need, or joining together to load trucks with water to send to Flint, Michigan. But whatever we do, we have fun doing it. Our motto is “Sports, Service, Brotherhood”. If you’re interested in sports or service, then come and be a part of our brotherhood.
Wiseguys- A social discussion group
A social discussion group that meets to drink coffee, eat donuts (if someone brings them!), and ‘solve world problems.’

Faith and Hope CircleGroup Description
The purpose of the UMW Faith & Hope Circle is to support one another in our relationship with God so that through spiritual friendships, mentoring and modeling, we may each experience our unique gifts from God. We will then use those gifts to enrich the lives of other women, children, and families by serving our church and community.

Older Adults
Actively FitActively Fit
Exercise for Seniors – emphasis on agility, grace, strength, and balance. I fell, and I can’t get up! These words are not amusing to us older adults. It can be terrifying to find ourselves down and not able to get up, and embarrassing to find ourselves on the ground, wondering what happened. In our Actively Fit class we learn techniques to get up by ourselves, no matter where we might be. Better yet, we learn how to move confidently and gracefully. We learn to strengthen our muscles that can support our bodies so that we are less likely to fall. We meet Monday and Wednesday 10:00am in the Downy Hall/Fellowship. There is no charge and you can come dressed as you usually do for your day. We have a lot of fun — just come and check it out! We are in all shapes, sizes, and ages, from 50—92 years old. Both women and men are welcome.

Crafty GranniesGroup Description
We are a group of women (though we would be happy to include men) who are mostly over age 50, retired, who like to craft! We have many different skills and abilities. We have at least two fundraisers throughout the year; a yard sale in the summer and an Annual Holiday Bazaar in December. All monies are donated to mission causes.
